What does GreenPad Academy offer?
GreenPad Academy is an accredited training centre offering management and leadership courses in sustainability to young individuals, students, and businesses. In addition, participants can gain on the spot work experience using the skills and knowledge gained from the course.
Do I need any prior qualifications to register for the programme?
No, all we require is for participants to have a keen interest in sustainability, management and leadership issues. In addition, we require participants to be aged 16 and above to register for any of our programmes.
What are the benefits of this programme?
The benefits are enormous. It ranges from participants gaining an additional internationally recognised certificate in sustainability, leadership and management, having an improved knowledge and skills in 21st century issues that are useful employers, empowering oneself for entrepreneurship, understanding wider sustainability issues useful to societies, industries and nations and so on.
What’s the duration of each course?
It will depend on how the participant wishes to take the course. Participant that wish to take the course digitally will be required to complete the course within three months of the registration date while instructions on the time duration (which is expected to be within 1-3 days) will be given to participants registering to take the course on a face-to-face basis
Can I register for more than one programme at once?
Yes, participants can register for more than one course at the same time.
What happens after the programme completion?
Participants are assessed by GreenPad Academy and the successful ones are sent certificates by the Institute of leadership and management (ILM). In addition, participants can put the knowledge and skills gained from the course into practice in real life work scenario.
Why is the programme accredited the institute of leadership and management (ILM)?
Our courses have been examined and accredited by the institute of leadership and management (ILM). As our courses have ILM accreditation, it means that we meet quality requirements and our members in charge of the courses have been examined to ensure they possess the right qualifications and experience needed to administer the courses.
